As many of you know, I've been offering my photography services at incredible prices as I build my portfolio.  However, as I pour over thousands of photos and a packed-full calendar of appointments, I realize the time has come to restructure my prices AND direction of photography.
What exactly does this mean?
YOu'll hAve tO wAiT aNd SeE...!...

Now- if you have already booked with me-given your deposit-and "sealed the deal"...I am -of course- honoring our initial session price.
(ALL montana sessions will be the initial price stated).  

however

I have over 20 hours of several classes/hands-on study coming in November.  I will be learning more about lighting, photography as art, and tons more about editing and processing images as well as an on-location shoot with a renowned photographer/instructor.
 Investing in new equipment is on the agenda to offer TOP quality photography.

I'm thrilled to soon be offering custom portrait products coming in 2011- including DVD slideshows, custom photography gifts, cards, and more.

I am already booked solid (with a waiting list)
until 2011

and due to my restructuring

I will not be accepting additional appointments
 -->January thru March of 2011<--

  If you have already booked with me for either of these months OR if you have won any of the 3 charity sessions that I donated this winter, of course I will honor our appointment.  

However, I need to take this time to rEgroup and rEstructure.

My photography schedule has been above and beyond my wildest expectations...and for that I am SO grateful to you.  Thank you for being patient as I iron out the details of the next chapter for Kristin Merwin Photography!

Okay we apparently have some major planners out there!

Since announcing on my blog last week that I was headed to Baker/Glendive in July, ladies wasted no time to book their sessions for next summer.

So

Q & A

First of all, if you have emailed me with no reply or response...please try again.  My computer was having issues and emails/notices went under the radar.

 I apologize for the inconvenience.

I typically return email within 24-48 hours.

I'm getting a lot of emails about the same subject so I thought I'd get everything out across the board regarding some of the questions.

Can you reserve a family session this fall? 
If I could squeeze "just one more" session in, I so would.  
However,

  I am completely booked up until 2011.  

I will be accepting family sessions mid-January and beyond- please email me for details/dates.

Do I travel to the west valley (PHX) for photography sessions?
Currently I am only doing east valley location shoots.  

Will I be doing fall sessions in Montana?
 I won't be making a trip to Montana in November, as I'd hoped.  I tried and tried to work my schedule/kids routines around...but with 4 small children, this is no easy task.  And unfortunately, it just isn't going to work this fall- I'll try again for next year though!  

When will I be doing sessions in Montana?
Every mid/late July, I fly "home" to Mont- I will announce on the blog when I've booked the flight/times.  I will then take the first 12 reservations for photography sessions.  In order to be fair, I'll ask that you "save your appointment" with a non-refundable $50.00 deposit.
